Gentle hills on the slopes of which the excellent red wine grows and on the hilltops there is almost always a small picturesque village. The roads on the hills are winding and it goes up and down – a real pleasure! And if you like, you can continue this culinary pleasure with truffle pasta and Barolo wine!

The Cévennes – motorcyclist country?! That’s how it is to read from time to time, but what does that really mean? Small and smallest roads, curvy and even more curvy through lonely hills, up to plateaus and down into gorges. However, the finest rolling gravel (“gravillions”) lurks again and again on the track, which then only gives hardcore bikers pleasure.

The north of Portugal – a “must” for bikers who like to explore small, out of time villages and changing landscapes far away from wide roads and constantly present gastronomy. The pavement changes from asphalt to cobblestones to gravel and dirt roads; even an old Roman road is included! Not every “sight” is easy to find in this way, but it is definitely worth exploring the ways to get there!
